Join us on a food road trip across Puglia, Italy, as we explore Bari, Gravina in Puglia and Conversano through local markets, traditional producers and some of the region’s most unique foods. We start in Bari at Molo San Nicola and the local market, before heading inland to discover how Pallone di Gravina, one of Puglia’s rarest traditional cheeses, is made. Along the way, we meet local producers working with an almost forgotten variety of chickpea, visit a food lab in Gravina, taste local gelato and stop for traditional focaccia in Conversano. Throughout the day, we collect ingredients from the places we visit before cooking dinner at our trullo in the Puglian countryside.
