Join us for the second day of our food road trip across Puglia, exploring farms, gardens and local producers.
After waking up in our trullo, we head to Masseria Moroseta, where Alessio and Giorgia show us around their garden before we sit down for breakfast with Giorgia.
From there, we move on to Ostuni to visit the city’s historic urban gardens with Antonio, then stop at XFarm, a cooperative working on land confiscated from the mafia, where we stock up on local produce.
We finally take a break by the sea at the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, before heading to our home for the night and turning everything we’ve discovered along the way into dinner.
This is the second episode of our three-day food journey across Puglia, discovering the region through its people, places and food traditions.
