How was the project born?
Noodle alla Gola was created in 2023 by a couple of young designers from Italy who wanted to immerse themselves in the world of gastronomy and create a space focused on authentic storytelling rather than profit. Food sparks their curiosity and serves as an inspiration to explore new flavors, connect with diverse individuals, and gain insight into different cultures.

She is the co-founder of Noodle alla Gola and a designer passionate about food and focused on illustration and communication. She recently graduated in Communication Design in Turin, Italy.
He is the co-founder of Noodle alla Gola and a multi-disciplinary designer focused on music, tech and food&beverage. He worked as a creative designer for clients like Musixmatch, Sony Music, Columbia Records, Coez, Laila Al Habash and loftnovantadue.
